SERVICES OFFERED

Wildlife Management Tax Valuation

1. Wildlife Management Plans are individually written to meet the goals of the landowner and requirements of the State

  • File all required paperwork (1-d-1 Open Space Application, Wildlife Management Plan, etc.) with the county appraisal district
  • Assist the landowner throughout the conversion process
  • Represent the landowner at an Appraisal Review Board hearing, provided the Appraisal Review Board hearing is held by July 12 of the filing year.

2. Complete annual reports and file them with the appraisal district

Agriculture Tax Valuation

1. Assist landowner in ensuring their agricultural operation meets the minimum standard required by the appraisal district

  • Assist the landowner in compiling the agricultural use history
  • File all required paperwork (1-d-1 Open Space Application, supporting documentation, etc.) with the county appraisal district​
  • Assist the landowner throughout the application process
  • Represent the landowner at an Appraisal Review Board hearing, provided the Appraisal Review Board hearing is held by July 12 of the filing year.

BEEKEEPING OPERATIONS CAN CONVERT TO WILDLIFE
